Negotiations between representatives of Moscow and Kyiv took place on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. The main issue brought up for discussion was the issue of a ceasefire. "Delegations are returning to their capitals for consultations," Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Ukrainian President's Office, said after they were over.
Assistant to the President of Russia Vladimir Medinsky, in turn, said that the parties have found possible common ground.
"The next meeting of the Ukrainian and Russian delegations will be held on the Belarusian-Polish border in the coming days." - added Medinsky.
