THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE SOCIO-INSTITUTIONAL DIMENSION OF STATEMENT OF A SCIENTIFIC WORLD VIEW

The article is devoted to the analysis of the organizational formation of early modern science and its gradual conquest of a privileged ideological status in modern society. The institutional factor of formation and distribution of scientific ontology and rationality corresponding to it is investigated. As a result, it is concluded that the dominant position of science in the modern era is associated with the social process and the activities of certain institutions that promote scientific ontology - academies of sciences and universities.
