1. The United States imposes sanctions against the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky and his family in connection with his involvement in large-scale corruption crimes as chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration in 2014-2015. 5. Publishing house Dr. Seuss Enterprises stopped publishing six children's books by Dr. Seuss after a number of images they contained were deemed racist. Dr. Seuss (Theodore Seuss Geisel) is America's most famous children's writer, author of How The Grinch Stole Christmas.
