East-Ukrainian conflict in the context of global transformations

On March 11, 2015 (Wednesday) from 12.00 to 15.00 a round table dedicated to presentation of a collection of scientific articles "East-Ukrainian conflict in the context of global transformations" will be held.

Sponsor: Ukrainian institute of strategies of global development and adaptation.

Purpose of the round table – discussion of the causes of the current systemic crisis in Ukraine, which led to armed conflict in the East of our country, as well as possible ways to end the conflict and its consequences.

Issues to be discussed:

  • prerequisites of conflict situation in eastern Ukraine;
  • typology, peculiarities, ways of de-escalating the conflict;
  • the role of scientific community in crisis resolution.

Leading national experts and scientists who specialize in problems of conflict in eastern Ukraine are invited to attend the meeting.
